About Christine
Christine Muller, CPM®, is the Principal of Swan Ridge Group. Her real estate and property management experience includes managing a portfolio of more than 300 Bank of America branches across Southern California while with JLL. Today, she oversees approximately 200,000 square feet of commercial office properties and has long-standing experience managing personally owned residential properties.
Christine holds a BS in Business Administration from USC and an MBA from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. She has held a California Real Estate Broker license since 2008 and holds the CPM® designation from IREM.

Swan Ridge Group is currently seeking established residential property management businesses and management portfolios in Southern California. We are open to businesses and portfolios of varying sizes and are particularly interested in opportunities with an established client base, experienced team, and strong reputation.
We are flexible on transaction structure and transition timing and welcome confidential conversations with owners who may be considering a sale now or in the future.
